People with the VIP permission can moderate submissions. You can recognise them in Discord by their VIP tag, in the database by having a little crown next to the votes. VIPs are trusted to make good segments and remove bad ones, so their downvotes are instant and their segments are the ones which are shown. Additionally, they can lock videos from getting any other segments and ban users. If you have been making consistently good segments for a while, send me your username and I (Ajay) can consider giving you VIP.
